As a Guest Relations Officer, you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring an unforgettable stay from arrival to departure

You welcome guests and, together with the rest of the team, make sure they feel welcome and at home; you act as the primary point of contact during their stay

By listening and seeing each guest as an individual, you provide personalized service and fulfil special request and wishes

You handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and effective manner

You organize and coordinate special guest events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, et cetera

You maintain contact with guests before, during and after their stay to ensure their needs are consistently met and to gather feedback

You evaluate the feedback received and use it to improve processes and perfect service

You know the hotel inside out and are familiar with all the ins and outs of our rooms and facilities

You ensure that you and your team are always aware of local highlights and events so that guests can make the most of their stay

You provide conciërge services

You ensure there is enough entertainment for all types of weather and all types of guests

You, along with the Front Office Team, serve as the main link between guests and the various hotel departments

You ensure the commercial optimalization of the Guest Relations department

Together with the rest of the team, you maintain the reception area and local products boutique to impeccable standards, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere

You have succesfully completed a degree in hotel management, tourism or a related field and have gained sufficient experience in a 4* or 5* hotel (5* is preferred)

You possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English and ideally speak at least French and/or German; preferably both. Proficiency in any other language is a plus

You have a warm personality with a well-groomed appearance, demonstrating a guest-oriented attitude and possessing a listening ear

You are proactive in identifying and solving problems to ensure a flawless guest experience

With your eye for detail, you constantly strive to optimize work processes and guest satisfaction

You are resilient to stress and able to perform under pressure

You are driven to take on challenges and lead our organization to the top collectively

You are a team player who is motivated to achieve success not as an individual, but together as a team
